cuire.&lt;br /&gt;Vous aurez après avoir passé le tout au gros tamis une belle gelée.&lt;br /&gt;Vous la laissé refroidir au frigidaire,si c'est nécessaire, ensuite vous lui ajouté une cuillère de purée d'amande,de la crème de soja et de la crème fraiche.&lt;br /&gt;Faites des couches avec cette crème puis de la crème fraiche sucrée au sucre de blé ou de maïs, et finissez par une noquette de une c. à S de farine et du pain rassi mis à tremper et bien égoutter.&lt;br /&gt;En faire des boulettes les rouler ds de la farine et les faire frire dans de l'huile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faire une purée de pomme de terre , y ajouter de la farine de maïs et laisser la gonfler quelques temps.&lt;br /&gt;Pour les épinards prendre des bons épinards frais et les faire cuire après avoir fait brunir type='text'>Potiron farci</title><content type='html'>Farce.&lt;br /&gt;Pour un petit potiron coupé en deux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Du persil de la roquette un jeune oignon et du romarin frais : le tout coupé fin.&lt;br /&gt;Une tranche de seitan coupé en petits morceaux.&lt;br /&gt;De la crème de soja et du poivre .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coupé le potiron en deux ,remplir les 2 parties de la farce, et mettre le tout dans un&lt;br /&gt;plat allant au four rempli en partie d'eau.&lt;br /&gt;Cuire une demie heur ou 3/4 d'heure..&lt;br /&gt;Plus doux , plus sucré =plus cuit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br tofu....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faire cuire des pâtes complètes à grandes eaux.&lt;br /&gt;Faire revenir trois gousses d'ail dans de l'huile d'olive avec des feuilles de basilic.&lt;br /&gt;Pendant ce temps , faire cuire les épinards(une portion pas trop grande).&lt;br /&gt;Couper des tomates séchées en fines lamelles.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter aux épinards cuits l'ail les tomates et de la crème de mélasse.&lt;br /&gt;100gr de champigon de Paris, une petite pomme pelée et coupée en quartier, deux poires, et 200 gr à 250gr de carbonade de porc que vous avez fait revenir dans un peu de graisse  au choix.&lt;br /&gt;Cuire pendant une heure.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter de l'eau si necessaire.&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter sel et poivre.&lt;br /&gt;Et lier la sauce avec de la fécule de pomme de terre.&lt;div ont un peu suer, ajouter de l'eau.&lt;br /&gt;Quand ces légumes ont un peu cuit, ajouter des feuilles de céleri vert, des feuilles de persil plat (celle appartenant au persil racine) et des grandes feuilles de roquette.&lt;br /&gt;A la fin de cuisson ajouter un bouquet de pourpier .&lt;br /&gt;En même temps du vermicelle de riz ainsi que du topioca que vous aurez préalablement fait cuire cuillère de TIkka Masalacurry paste (magasin bio).&lt;br /&gt;Et de la crème d'avoine.&lt;br /&gt;Saler poivrer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Servir avec du Kasha (sarrasin grillé)&lt;br /&gt;du céléri rave.&lt;br /&gt;Coupé du céleri rave en dé.&lt;br /&gt;Faire cuire à la vapeur.&lt;br /&gt;Faire de la vinaigrette.
